It has been like this for about a week, (Launches and shows up in the hidden icon bar, but doesn't properly launch). I have tried installing past versions and newer versions, I have also attempted to fix it via deletion on all of the corsair files, but to no avail. so how do I safely remove the mobo because I don't trust myself

Ok so the 4 pis is in and the psu is fine it's brand new but I'm not trusting myself to take my mobo out. But I notice something when I plug in a usb the indication light flashes then turns off could it be my mobo?

well I don't think so because even the on-board graphics won't work and I have to hold down power to shut it down so have any other suggestions

OK the only way for your gs3 to use that app is to be rooted. Assuming that it is I suggest using clockwork manager to install a ROM from xda and make sure it is your exact model.

OK I got it checked the PC out the person said it could be the ram but I should find another store to check it because they had no extra ram sticks to test the theory
