  1. No need to be hostile no one was worried it was a simple question. Maybe you should take a break from the internet it doesnt seem to be doing you much good considering your instant response to this post.
  2. Was it just me a couple hours ago or was the site temporarily down?
  3. The problem we have is the isp's we have are dishonest. They throttle connections and they try and blame even the littlest problems on he customer. The internet is also very overpriced here.
  4. I heard T-Mobile has a good unlimited plan which allows unlimited hotspot data LOL
  5. I was having really bad internet issues considering I'm 16 and I live in the garage and the modem is in the living room. I was getting about 5mb/s when i should have had 100 easily. My solution for all of you with a bad connection from having 1. too much stuff on at once or 2. just too far away - I would just figure out a way to split your connection using more co-ax cables that seemed to help me I got my own connection and I have 150mb/s up and down now.
  6. LOL that honestly would be amazing I wish I had a 4G drone I would fly it above me at all times 100%.
  7. Oh, alright lol well thanks for the help man I guess I wont be starting up an isp anytime soon.
  8. Posted once and got instant replies I think I will be on this forum a lot more seems like a good, nice community.

  9. By piggybacking do you mean splitting the connection by using another co-ax cable? I've done that before and ISP's tend to get pretty mad at something like that haha.
  10. I was just having problems with customer support when i called about speeds not being where they need to be and issues with internet dropping randomly at times. I seem to be ok for now but I was just asking in-case I had any further problems which for now I dont think I will. Thanks for the reply.
  11. Well, I guess we now wait for Google Fiber to come to my city. *Facepalm*
  12. I've had LOTS of problems with isp's around my area and I have switched a few times between Verizon Fios and Comcast and they both have really bad customer support half the time im explaining how THEY should do THEIR jobs. It's ridiculous so I was wondering if it was possible, worth it and/or within a reasonable price range. And if you can could you explain how I would do something like this?
