    RIP Lenovo Thinkpad e11 battlestation...
  1. She needs this to last awhile, so I'd like to build on the newest platform available.
  2. I have a relative who is looking to do graphic design soon. I want to hook her up with a cheap rig. Could she get away with using a Pentium G4500 for Adobe Photoshop only, or would bumping it up to an i3 6100 be necessary? Trying to keep the cost down while maintaining respectable performance. We would be combining it with 4GB DDR4-2133, Windows 10 Pro, a 240GB SSD, and the cheapest H110 motherboard, 80+ PSU, and case available at the time of purchase. I really would prefer a Skylake chip unless we could build something better for as cheap.
  3. If I were to pair an i7 6700k with a non overclocking motherboard (like the Gigabyte GA-H110M-A), would it preform at 4.0, or at the 3.4 that the Non-K version has? Can't find any definite answer online yet. Thanks!
  4. I'm looking to buy a cheap, usable desk in the near future. I've seen people use folding tables before and so far that's my plan. But I don't know if there are any safety risks behind using a folding table. Ergonomics and cable management don't bother me. I've sat at a folding table before and it was the most comfortable sitting experience of my life. Does anybody here use a folding table for their desk? Have you ever encountered static build-up? Is is sturdy enough? Is there anything you recommend as far as cheap desks go that AREN'T used? This is my first post here. Thanks in advance!
