    Thanks M8, those were the temperatures I were hoping for, nothing overly unrealistic. Although I have capable hardware I usually don't push it to the limit so I shouldn't get near those 85+ temps people have been complaining about.

    Yeah don't worry I factored those in, I am a relatively experienced builder but I have never used the 4790K so I cannot judge for myself. I did check out that article before but I was just a bit worried because SO many people have had problems with it. Cheers

    I recently picked up the 4790K (it hasn't arrived yet) and the Corsair H110i GT. If I am running at stock with the H110i GT's fans running at full all the time what kind of temperatures can I expect at IDLE, Medium Work Load (45%) and 100% Load?
