  1. Lithuania 230€ for a used one with warranty from a shop. Samsung galaxy s6 costs 310 used.
  2. In my country I found it on a good price. It seems to have a decent price. What are your opinions?
  3. I can recommend the Lenovo Y700, have it, using it, no issues found.
  4. Your opinions? I find laptop keyboards quite uncomfortable.
  5. What are your opinions about cooling pads for laptops and are they effective and worth buying?
  6. I play Fallout 4 ( High - 35-40 FPS), Rocket League, CSGO, League Of Legends, Rust, The Witcher 3 (same graphics and FPS as Fallout). I think 35-40 FPS is plenty for comfortable gaming, as there is not throttling and I havent seen laggs yet, unless I turn the settings to Ultra.
  7. Hello guys, so I got a Lenovo Y700 2 months ago, and many people are looking for a decent gaming laptop for an affordable price. So I decided to make a review, I had a lot of time to get to know the laptop and test it on modern games and casual use. (Didnt try video or photo editing). Specifications: Price: 860€, however I got it with a 30€ discount, so 830€. Display: 15.6" FHD IPS Panel, Anti-Glare CPU: Intel Core i7-6700HQ,2.6GHz GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M (4GB GDDR5 VRAM) RAM: 8GB DDR4, 2133MHz (Upgradeable). HDD: 1TB 5400RPM. M.2 slot for an SSD. Connectivity: HDMI, 2 x USB 3.0, USB 2.0, Combo audio and microphone jack port, Gigabit Ethernet Port, Kensington Lock, AC Adapter Port Wireless: Bluetooth 4.0, Wifi 802.11 Adapter. Webcam: 720p Real Sense 3D. SD card reader. Speakers: 2 x JBL 2W + Subwoofer. Keyboard: Red with red backlighting. Case: Aluminum, with rubber palm rests. No Optical Drive. Operating System: None. Weight: 2.6kg. Battery: 60 Whr, Li-ion Pros: 1. If you want different specs for just gaming, you can buy models with Intel i5 processor and save some money, or you can buy a model with an SSD instead of the 1TB HDD in the SATA bay. There are also touchscreen models if you need. You can also buy models with preinstalled Windows 10 if you dont want to crack them or havent got a Windows key. Also you can get +8 additional RAM, but I think its a waste of money. 2. Great performance, runs most modern games on High/Ultra settings, no throttling, should be great for photo, video editing because of i7. 3. Great build quality. 4. Superior speakers and cooling ( is better than any GTX 960M laptops) 5. Great price for great performance. 6. IPS Panel Display. 7. Easy to upgrade parts ( just a few screws to remove on the bottom. 8. Nice keyboard key travel speed, comfort, backlighting. 9. Great overall design and look. Cons: Trackpad could be better. Poor battery life (as most gaming laptops). Quite heavy. My opinion: Great gaming laptop, few cons that I've seen (all of them dont matter for me), excellent laptop for its price. I would recommend this laptop for everyone, should serve you well and lots of years with proper care. If I missed something, or you have questions, ask in the comments. Hope you liked the review!
  8. Yeah, so I decided to get a controller for my pc racing games, Rocket League, GTA V. I've seen a lot of threads in the internet that recommend the Xbox 360 controller and I wonder if it is true and is it compatible with Windows 10?
  9. Which laptop is better for: Gaming and system performance Cooling Special features Maintenance Price
  10. @akskl what size would you suggest for home gaming and average mobility?
  11. Some mousepads surfaces are are plastic (or etc) and some have a cloth surface
  12. I would like some tips how to take care of a laptop like how often I should change the thermo paste and etc. Any suggestions?
