The reason I'm going with 2x4 is because the motherboard I go with will (most likely) have 4 ram slots, and that means that 1) I have space to add ram later 2) Dual channel, even if its said to be useless its not hurting to have 3) 2/4 slots filled looks better than 1/4. If I do pick a motherboard with 2 slots, I'll go with 1x8.

I am going to be building my first PC in about a month (when school's out), and just have picking the motherboard left. I don't have much of a budget so I'm looking for a $100 or less one in price, and full ATX for the size since I personally find all the space left by smaller boards to be hideous in the s340. This is my current build, with a motherboard recommended by someone else (tho it looks a lot uglier than some gigabyte ones for the same price). I want to make sure that there aren't any better choices. I want to get a cooler that looks nicer than the stock Intel one, but don't plan to over clock. Any real cheapo (10-20 max) coolers that look nicer/are quieter?

So I'm not much of a gamer (My main game is TF2, and I don't really play any of those AAA games), and have decided that I'll go with a GTX 950 for the PC build that I'm planning on buying. However, I'm a HUGE fan of virtual reality, and plan on trying to get my hands on it as soon as it is a bit more budget-friendly, as well as when I have a PC to run it. Now the question is, can I in the future, add another GTX 950 to my previous one and have the power to run VR, or will I have to buy a new graphics card and replace my 950 with it?
