Howdy Fellas,
I've had a consistent amount of issues with ASUS motherboards in the past few years and I'd like to swap to a new brand.
Requirements:
-ATX or E-ATX
-2 ARGB Ports
-Very good power delivery for the 7950X (I already own the CPU)
-At least 2x Gen 5 M.2, and 2x Gen 4 M.2, so at least 4 total.
-Shielded PCI-E 5 x16
Thanks!

Hey Fellas,
I have a computer that's losing internet connectivity after a couple hours. After restart, it works fine for a bit, but then ends up in the same scenario, pinging a ipv4 has no response, however ipv6 seems to work just fine. Any Ideas? Things I will probably try is reinstalling drivers, resetting the modem, resetting network settings.

From a financial standpoint they probably would not break even if they attempted to do in the states or anywhere else through canada. At least in vancouver they have everything on site and its generally just lots of moving trucks. I get why people want it closer to them, but then its not closer for everybody else. So at the end of the day there is no real benefit to moving it.

Again, @Induwara Matheesha, @My_Computer_Is_Trash, @Braindead Jimmy. Can you confirm if you've not folded yet or if the given name is correct. And again, It is case-sensitive
Also, @NTDaws, can you confirm if "NTDaws" is correct or if you haven't folded yet.
Furthermore, if anyone has signed up with the Forum name "syfulus" can you provide a valid forum name, and a valid folding name as well.
Thanks again, and Happy folding!
Its correct
Edit: forgot to change the team number oop

You wouldn't want to do that with a 4090 FE box, you could build a house out of those.
Its okay our bodies run off electricity pulses so if anything my mental GPU will just become faster.

I have a dell precision t5500 with 2 xeon x5690 and a gtx1080 running latest build Windows 10 pro and my audio has been popping and cracking and i cannot figure out why. It happens with my headphones both wired and wireless no matter what usb port i use and with the headphone jack. Also before I got the 1080 I had an rx480 and I never noticed popping with my monitor speakers, but now that i have the 1080 my monitor speakers pop and crack as well. Ive installed the latest drivers already and tried every usb port including a pcie usb 3.0 card. Any help is greatly appreciated thank you
Weird thought but is there any wifi devices near your PC?

He can try to access the BIOS through Windows directly go to the Start menu and go to Settings. Once here, click on Update - Recovery - Advanced Startup - Restart Now, once it reboots. Go to advanced options, then click UEFI Firmware Settings. This should reboot and then take them into the BIOS.

You will be fine for sure, I used to have a 10850K and a 3070Ti on a 650 Watt PSU and as long as it’s not overclocked it’ll be a charm.

Taken from Logitech:
To scroll horizontally:
- On the left side of the mouse, press and hold the backward or forward button.
- Start scrolling the main wheel.
That should disable it clicking it again.
Download the software to disable it permanently.

While DigitalChillMart is generally a safe site and have good reviews overall, it's hard to say if said keys are legit retail keys or as @Needfuldoer said; stolen corporate keys. I will still recommend purchasing a proper version from the Windows Store.

Yeah ran into the same issue on my AMD platform, gotta stick with the 2x16GB sticks.

What are your temps during gaming and at idle?
-
Theoretically yes, it should work without much issue.

Budget (including currency): $5000
Country: canada
Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: gaming and blender
Other details
what is the thing that linus is using in this video at 9:41 and in this video at 3:31 to put that noctua fan on the ssd and on the network card? i want to get one but i dont know what it is and i dont see any brand name on it.
On the SSD heatsink Linus zip-tied a NF-A4x10 FLX Noctua fan to it. And for the Ram he made his own 3D printer ram cooler with the same NF-A4x10 FLX.

So, it will only boot if i either unplug the gpu completely, or unplug the pcie cables from the gpu
As soon as I plug the cables back into the gpu it won’t turn on again
When the gpu is unplugged, it seems everything turns on as normal, but I can’t see any video as my mobo doesn’t have onboard graphicsConsidering the motherboard is POSTing, This is most likely a GPU hardware failure since generally the CPU and PCIE power are on the same 12V rail. Best way to test this for sure is trying a cheap GPU.

Don't like the recent reviews
I can't say a whole lot about it from a longevity view, however I was testing it out at LTX and it worked very well. It was bright, no ghosting issues, refresh rate as awesome, convenient and portable, and overall a nice little unit. Unfortunately no matter what you do these are gonna be very pricey because they are not likely very popular in the tech community when it comes to travel. However if you decide to get it, you can always return if the quality is poor, or just not worth the price.

I feel it could be a cool idea for the next tool to be snips, I feel the community would use them quite often, and use them for various other things.

I am not really sure what kind of portable monitor you want for gaming, please add more info. However this is a good monitor when it comes to gaming and refresh rate, especially if you are trying to pack light.

I recommend just trying one ram kit instead. As@CommanderAlexsaid, it can cause issues mixing different types of ram as they both communicate different in simple terms. Although they are the same brand, that doesn’t mean they are the same model.
X670E-E Mainboard Recommendations
in CPUs, Motherboards, and Memory
Posted
@GuiltySpark_@Alex Atkin UK
The reason for all the specific things is because I have two ARGB controllers that need two different ports. The X670E isn't so much as a requirement but generally I like the design of these boards more as I am going for a more aesthetically pleasing design. I'm also a Network Engineer in school and do some programming on the side so having that performance without issue is why I own a 7950X. I didn't wanna go with off brand RGB controllers as I wanted everything to sync together. It also simplifies things if I change motherboard manufacturers because it will all work together either way. I have two Gen 5 drives and 2 Gen 4 drives and I don't want to lose that speed if I go only Gen 4.
Thank you for the motherboard recommendations.
