i have old multimeter but i don't know if it work.. how to check the +12V rail ? so right now the +12V rail is 11.38 so it's dangerous right ? what will happen ?

So the graphic card is in good shape ? What you think about the 12v ? idk anything about that but i know the 12v is from the power supply but i not sure I7 6700k not yet overclock because i scared i burn the cpu plus people say i need to update everything before overclock but i don't know how to update anything accept my game the usage i did't check but i think not higher then 50% but i not sure..

At one point the game stuttering at the back.. Smooth but sometimes the game start to lag a bit even i play offline..

i don't have other game install in my computer because of my slow internet it will took me 14 hours to download other game i try CineBench r15 OpenGL but the result are the same..

When i play the game the screen acting weird at one point so i turn the fps to maximum 60 and the game look more nice, but the gpu load still not stable

CPU :i7 6700k GPU : Sapphire R9 390 MOTHERBOARD : z170 Pro Gaming Power Supply : Rm750x Problem : GPU LOAD not stable.. is that normal ? Game setting : Then i turn MSAA settings to 0 : Result : AMD setting : I don't know what to do anymore.. HELP

I just buy the computer and i ask other guy to install window 7 pro crack... But he ask the cd that in the motherboard and graphic card...he say something he need to install first before install window 7... After he install window 7 he give me both cd back... I when home and check, got window 7 but i can't find the asus 5 way optimization need help.. Plus you got wechat ? Easy for me to text you..hmm idk what to do.. and why the r9 390 sapphire fan spin when it's hot ? if not hot the 3 fan don't move

what is TLC version ? how to see if that Samsung is non TLC version ? i just like the asus 5 way optimization and the bios.. still no idea how to update the bios haha i see the guy lie to me haha.. so hard to buy things in lowyat because too many lies.. huhu ..i try my best to get cheaper.. because of the iron hit the 1 slot ram right ? not the fan right ?

I can't find EVGA power supply at lowyat.. What you think about Corsair RM650x power supply ? maybe abit expensive but I think it's worth it.. I can't find the MSI Radeon r9 390 so i will buy the sapphire r9 390 for RM1550 i find the i7 6700k for RM1449 i don't know if i can find the Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB DDR4 2666mhz but the seller say he has the kingston hyperx fury 2666mhz.. what is the different between the 2 ram ? to be honest i scared to buy the hyperx fury idk why haha.. plus idk why the seller always tell me to buy more then 650w power supply they always tell me to buy the 850w worth it too buy nzxt n450 for rm 580 ? or i can get more less then that ? i think i gonna buy the pc part on Monday btw today is my Birthday hahaha ssd for Rm430 hdd rm313 motherboard rm700 cooler rm 350 What you think about the price ? can i get more cheaper ?

lol I don't know how to order online tell me some good psu 650w so it's easy for me to choose when I go to lowyat.. Plus, anything I need to know before buying the pc components ? any tips ?
