  1. Well, I use routes, those routes are fed by components, I have a component per form for example, there is a component for my header, another for my footer, etc. Each component has its own html, ts and css file I want an image to be displayed as a backgorund image when I go to that component. My English is not good, I may not be clear.
  2. Hello, I'm using Angular 4 for a project at school, I am able to set a background image in the general styles.css for index.html But I only need to display that image in a specific component view and I can't. This is what I do: fondo.jpg is on root of panel component folder Also tried using div as the element for the css file, body too, but It's supposed that body is actually on the main index.html What do you think is the solution? Thanks for your help!
  3. Hey I started to become interested in racing games, i bought a cheap Logitech Driving Force GT (i don't have it already, it's coming in 2 days) and I downloaded Richard Burns Rally, I only installed patch 1.01 and 1.02, I used a controller and I have to say it's amazing, can't wait to play it using the steering wheel. Looking at some forums a read that many people have installed a czech plugin, ngp cars, and many things, it's kind of confusing, but how would this affect the physics or simulation grade? I'm interested. Do you think I should play as I already have it or is it a must to install plugins? If so, Could you guide me on that? It seems a bit difficult and I don't know where to start. Thanks and I hope there are many people playing this
  4. Hey, what's up I've always thought that a core i5, i7 "U" were basically an i3 "U" but with a slightly higher frequency. But today I was checking Intel arc and I looked for i3-7100u and i5-7200u, they're both dual cores, same cache, same max memory, etc, the only difference I saw was that i3 is 2.4ghz and i5 is 2.5ghz but it has turbo freq up to 3.1ghz. I3 didn't have a turbo frequency, at least at its website. What do you think about it? Is it worth it, in that case to go for an i5,i7?
  5. I'm really grateful to you man, thank you so much, I'll check the tour of Heroes tutorial!

  8. Hello I'll be using Angular framework this year at the university and I'd like to know if I can use it on Linux Any suggestions? The last framework I used was laravel and it worked just fine. Thank you.
  9. Thanks buddy, i tried xubuntu 17.10 (daily build) , used the try it option and i experienced the freeze bug that now i know how to "fix" and then i noticed that when i suspend, after resuming, any usb device won't work, my mouse for example, and the usb where xubuntu was being run haha, then i couldn't open any app, but i will install it, fix the freeze bug and i think i found a way to fix the other thing too. Thank you man, i hope there are no more problems. This cpu is really slow on windows sometimes.
  10. Hello, some months ago i gave up in a battle trying to get a stable linux installation on my laptop (Dell Inspiron 3451 - Intel Pentium n3540 baytrail, 4gb ddr3 and intel hd graphics). The problem is with baytrail processors and the kernel Linux, many things as the "c state bug", which is about a complete freeze after random time using the computer, no keyboard/touchpad and peripherals working after suspension, and other problems related. Depending on linux distro maybe only one problem of those I mentioned happened. Ubuntu - c state bug and other problem i don't remember, Linux Mint - no keyboard/touch..... , and the same problems happen in other distros, I couldn't find one distro with no problems on my laptop (Windows 10 works without issue, but i don't want Windows on this laptop, it's slow). I tried Ubuntu 12.04.5, 16.04.2, 17.04, Linux Mint 13, 17, 18.1, Fedora lastest ver., Manjaro lastest ver., antergos lastest, elementary lastest.... C state bug can be solved by modifying a file, but it wasn't the only problem on those distros. Ubuntu 12.04.5 was the one with less problems, (maybe because of not lastest linux kernel version on it). The problems was I couldn't change brightness ( I tried a thousand solutions here and there, belive me). However i'm not a huge fan of ubuntu, but thought it could be a good try on my system. I'd like to use a simple xfce distribution, but have no luck on finding one stable on my system. So the question is, is there anyone using a stable ditro on a baytrail cpu? Thank you buddies.
  11. Yeah, that's what i'm gonna do, at least an i3-7100u, 8gb of ram and an ssd will do the job i think, thanks buddy!
  12. Haha it's real crap dude, never buy a celeron/pentium (ultra low voltage, because at least desktop pentiums are fine), Thank you bro
