Now I fully reset Windows with removing all files and i cant select a time zone the drop down menu pops up for half a second then goes away Is it windows that is messed up and I need a new copy?

What else could I have pushed because I cant open anything on my computer but files explorer, edge, and the default windows programs

At first I just thought that my keyboard wasn't responding but then I tried to open a game from Steam and it brought up the properties window and whenever I try to type in a URL bar it just doesnt type anything. Anyone know why this happens or how it happened?

I have a Corsair K95 RGB with Cherry MX Red switches After I restart my computer my keyboard will respond until about 5-10 minutes go by then the LED's stay on but the keyboard simply won't type anything in any browser or the file explorer. I have tried to restart my computer and I have tried a bunch of solutions online but can't find the problem. I believe that it is a problem with windows because when right click an application nothing happens and when i double click it it opens the preferences. Anyone know how to fix?
