  1. graphic tearing has been eating me for my entire life, I know this tech is out, does anyone has already been using it? please tell me how could I get it, because I couldn't find anything on my control panel. Thanks!
  2. I have heard that the new card will be very innovative and full of surprise, it is so impressive that could combine the power of the CPU and GPU, I wonder my new H170 and 6700k can be benefited from it. Thanks!
  3. This is some very useful information mate, thank you for that. But I think the warranty has already been expired and I am not looking into that. After all, it is not made for playing that particular game. I will swallow it, but if there are people love LoL and considering MSI notebook, you may just need to think twice.
  4. then I feel sorry for a 2000$ USD worth MSI notebook that it has to do that to play LoL.
  5. Well I guess you must have way more experience then I do, really thankful for your comment. League of legends is now the most popular game in the world but it does not have heavy fantasy graphic, it is supposed to be very easy to push by any low end machine. However, MSI could not find a way to handle the issue when IntelSpeed step is disable, everything goes crazy on this thing, the temp is high, the fan won't stop, the the CPU won't rest.
  6. Thank you for the comment, but I think you may mistaken the massage. In order to play LoL without using V-sync I will have to disable the Intel speedstep, but, if you are not a LoL player then you don't need to do this, your laptop will be fine and normal.
  7. Thanks for the comment, but disabling intel speedstep was the last step of my experiment(http://forum.notebookreview.com/threads/high-end-msi-notebooks-cant-even-play-league-of-legends.789352/). I have already tested everything to play around the CPU and GPU, but nothing worked out.
  8. I don't think pros will use a laptop as their practice partner, usually they use a desktop.
  9. I am not a native english speaker, if you couldn't understand my english I am sorry for my bad english. Perhaps you can hint me with what grammar mistake I have made.
  10. I have tested many display drivers, every time I test a new one I complete remove all nvidia related files and it isn't about the display driver. If you think otherwise and happen to have a MSI notebook you can try playing LoL without having V-sync on and you will know what I am trying to say here.
  11. I have a GS60 2qe, GTX970M, intel i7, pretty awesome but it CANNOT PLAY LEAGUE OF LEGENDS. In order to get complete smoothness for LoL which is a very basic need for a very basic graphic game with an exotic GTX970M, you will need to use V-sync, and V-sync is not good for LoL or any competitive games for example CSGO, there is NO ONE in Twtich uses it. V-sync slow you down, if you haven't noticed it and happened to have been compromised with it you should stop using it, it's just like adding 50 more ping to your game. What will happen if I turn V-sync off, the graphic looks like at the first 15 mins of the game, then later on, the FPS will drop so hard and make the game unplayable. I have tested it many times in many ways, it has nothing to do with overheating my laptop was running perfectly. However, I found a way to KIND OF fix the problem. The solution is to stop using intel speedstep, then the problem seemingly solved, I am still keeping eyes for it. But what will happen if you stop using intel speedstep is your CPU will run at full speed all the time. Now, the temp is always around 70C even if you are just watching youtube, the Fan will spin loud all the time, if you want to play some better graphic games like CSGO it will overheat all the way to 95C ( not even talking about high end graphic games like GTA5 or crysis which is what 970M is for), there is a bigger chance for the hardware to go bad, and I spent large amount of money to buy the laptop and time to fix the problem. So here is the result, is that 2000USD worth MSI notebook just simply CANNOT play the most popular game in the world.
