  1. Yes I have these option Auto Manual Adaptive Offset
  2. So basically what I have to do now is leave my 4.8ghz oc applied and now set the voltage back to 'auto' see what that brings me upto on cpuz and then do the offset from whatever figure cpuz gives me when running at 4.8ghz??
  3. I have a 7920x and it's always run rock solid at 4.8ghz all cores at 1.275v when I manually tuned it in. Now while I got some time of due to a broken leg I was wanting to sort off try my hand at offset voltages. Now I know when my CPu idles on the stock voltages it dropped down to 0. 801v within cpuz. I'll put my specs below and any help would be great. X299 apex 7920x 4.8ghz 32mb 3400mhz Ram 1080Ti 1x250gb nvme (os) 1x2tb nvme (games) Thanks again peeps
  4. In dimm.2 slot nearest the rear I/O i have 250gb OS nvme and a p1 1Tb Nvme but i cant get the other crucial regular m.2 working on the second dimm.2 which is wired to the pch. Its really strange
  5. Had my apex x299 board for a while a decided to treat myself to a couple new m.2 nvme P1s from crucial to replace some old sata m.2 drives but for the love of god I can't seem to get them to work in the dimm.2 slot which is connected to the PCH is there something I'm over looking in the bios. In the dimm.2 slot which is connected to the cpu where my OS drive is and another m.2 drive. Any owners of the Apex or Rampage boards of you can help that would be great
  6. I have an x299 apex and ran 2 nvme drives in the first dimm.2 closest to the rear I/O and recently I decided to have a cheeky upgrade and get 2 more 500gb nvme's to put in the second dimm.2 slot but for the love of God couldnt get it working I know the drives work as tried on a separate system but was just wondering cause this dimm.2 slot is wired into the PCH does that mean I can only use regular data m.2. Thanks everyone
  7. I just recently got myself a new P1 M.2 ssd but can't seem too get it working on the dimm.2 PCH slot, on the CPU dimm.2 slot my 2 other drives work fine. I don't have a RAID setup and I'm wondering is there a limit too the amount of m.2 that can be used. Any help would be appreciated ?
  8. I am using thermaltake ring plus 120mm fans as I went for a P90 case from thermaltake. They currently run at 40 percent but want to knock them down as quiet as possible but still have the same or even cooler temps. That kind of why I though maybe push pull.
  9. Can I just ask a question. I did my first custom loop about 6 months ago now and at the time I just did a push config on my 480mm XE rad from EK and the temps are not a problem. I'm just wondering would running push/pull on such a think rad make much of a difference. Thanks for your help.
  10. All I'm asking is after doing all those test which have been completed with no errors would it be fair to say that the system is stable
  11. Did you not read it. I have already set the voltage to 1.175 what I'm saying is after doing all those tests would you say it was stable....
  12. I ran a few stress test of my system for times listed below. I always do it when I update a Bios to make sure what I had previous still worked. In this case 4.6ghz all cores no offset for avx instructions at 1.175v. These were the following tests I ran Prime95 3hrs OCCT 3hrs Realbench 4hrs IntelBurnTest 150 runs hardest preset Games 3 hours I know there is no set ' rule' as such to stress testing but in all these test I passed no errors reported and highest temp was on Intel burn test at 83C on 1 of the cores the others were mid to high 70s. Would you guys think after doing all them it's safe to say the system is stable. Kind regards and happy holiday season
  13. Just a quick question. Do you think this would have been better if they basically did this for there current line up i9 9900k 8cores 16 threads i7 9700k 6cores 12 threads i5 9600,9500,9400 6 cores i3 4cores Pentium Line up 4 cores I just think for some people not seeing the ' i7 ' brand without hyper threading is abit daft.
  14. Yes I will do. You also have a nice score
