  1. my budget is 4000$+ (absolute max) though i'd rather not even get close to that so maybe around 2000$ for just the pc (maybe, this isnt set in stone or anything, just weighing my options).
  2. Yeah figured i couldn't be too hard. guess i was right.
  3. I want to have two gaming pcs, to have at two different places and i primarily play Paragon, a game that does not support Sli.
  4. Well I mean i have been exchanging parts in my own rig the only thing I'm worried about is the starting up procedure (installing windows and so on). But i could probably find a video on that from youtube right?
  5. and how long would that possibly take, half a year? or more?
  6. So the thing is, I'm building a new PC. Never done it before but I'm certain i can pull it off. The problem therein is that i don't know which one of the new pascal series gpus i'll be picking up. So i had a thought. My current rig runs two gtx 780 in Sli and i was thinking of building this new PC with only new parts except the gpu (for now) and put in one of my gtx 780s. The reason is that i could possibly be thinking of picking up the gtx 1080ti if and when it launches and i figured i could do with my gtx 780 til then. My question is: Is this a resonable thing to do? Thanks in advance! Ps:Here's what i've thought of buying for my rig (haven't really decided yet so i'd apprecaite som suggestions CPU: i7-6700K cpu cooler: something around 25-30$ motherboard 100-150$ RAM: 16gb 80-90$ HDD: 2tb 60-80$ SSD: 256gb chassi: - psu: 750-850W 80-130$ GPU: - (gtx 1000 series) Again, thank you for the help!
  7. Can you run two gtx 780 in SLI on a 750W psu safely, if you underclock both cards? Or will it not have a big enough effect on the Power consumption? Thanks in advance!
  8. I'm not asking about the wattage, i'm asking if it has the required pin connectors to run my pc. thx for the help though.

My question is: will a XFX pro 850W semi modular have the required connections to run my rig? The reason i'm asking you guys is that i can't count unless I have physical access to my pc which i don't have at the moment (cause I'm not home right now) but i might be able to get a deal for the XFX here to bring back home. And you guys might be smart enough to count it from just looking at the parts? i don't know...good luck counting i guess???
  10. Computer specs GPU: Gtx 780 Asus 3gb CPU: I7-4770K 3,5 Ghz PSU: 750W 16 GB RAM Motherboard: ASUS Z87-A - ATX / Z87 I have a chance at getting another Gtx 780 for around 180$, is it worth to upgrade or should I save my money for a new computer. When will the new Pascal GPUs from Nvidia release and will they be worth it for example?
  11. Corsair PowerSupply (PSU) CX 750M 750W I´m not going to OC in the forseable future, and if I decide to I will probably get a 1000W or so.
  12. Hi I was thinking of buying another GTX 780 for my rig as i already have one of them to begin with. Don´t worry about me not having a good enough power supply i´ll check that out myself. I just wondered if the • ASUS Z87-A - ATX / Z87 motherboard can handle two of these graphic cards. Appreciate all the help I can get!
