  2. I dont, i literally have a dead moth inside of this.
  3. totally agree with this guy. IP's is something you dont want put on the internet, like sharing your credit card information Anyways, What type of modem are you using? What ISP and what type of package are you paying for (Preferably the speed will help)? Locate the reset button on your modem, hold it down until it restarts automatically, if this does not occur, release it after 10 seconds.
  4. try this: on most modems, there is a reset button, hold it down for 10 secs and let it go. It should automatically reset and become online. Reference to the guide as when i first got my ISP (Virgin Media) we had to set up so other things for whatever reason. -Matt
  5. perhaps he meant it was a cracked disk? if not, and i presume you have a windows 7 key, here is a link in which you can get a free iso of a windows version here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows7
  6. Run a malware scan, malware bytes is good for this sort of thing if you are looking for one (it is free). Make sure you update your graphics card drivers and the sometimes get a performance fix. If this still persists, make sure there is no idle programs that are making you lag so much.
  7. I don't suppose you have the phone plugged into the usb whilst booting? i had a strange problem where when booting whilst it was booting up, and the screen dimmed, it would turn off
  8. Most antivirus I have used including avast has just been a pain in the ass with its notifications. Plus i'm cautious with viruses etc. that are implanted into programs etc. but things like viruses from ads and the sort, i just use malware bytes for that, though i have ad block.
  9. just make the monitor stay on and monitor it on task manager, look for unusual activity, spikes in memory that are absurd, like 2 to 20.
  10. most likely memory leak then edit: Memory leaks cannot be fixed by you, only the software developer can, when idle, try and get the programs name, just to make sure it is not the OS being wierd. If it is not, unistall or rollback a version and contact them just so they know
  11. No worries, enjoy the FTP server
  12. Try doing a virus scan, use malware bytes if you are looking for one. This is most likely due to viruses. if not. could be a leakage
  13. Well if not, you are connecting via a port. remove the port in the port from site manager if you are using it from that.
