BallOfPanda's Achievements

  1. That wont change the time needed until an upgrade very greatly.
  2. Yes, the i5 will have the same performance.
  3. You said no in support of getting the i7 then said there is no improvement. Read the OP again, he was asking if he should get the i5.
  4. The i7's advantage is hyper-threading, which the OP obviously doesn't need.
  5. If he has the budget and needs the storage, I'd say go for it. I use only SSDs other than for backups now.
  6. I wouldn't be the only one with a tinfoil hat. Maybe a lot of people run machines that can't run Windows 10. Perfectly acceptable machines otherwise. Anyway, you have your fun with DX12 and Win 10, meanwhile I'll avoid it until an upgrade is necessary.
  7. I will. Have fun with the worst piece of software written since Windows Vista.
  8. Not all issues are bugs. Address privacy concerns, terrible search, etc. Just look around and you'll see many problems that aren't bugs.
  9. 1. I never said that, did I? 2. Linus isn't nearly as big. 3. Damn Apple anyway.
  10. Its a public release from one of the most highly-regarded companies ever, it better not have any fricking issues.
  11. It actually had a very recent Pentium.
