  1. So I have been playing DayZ for alot of hours the past 2 weeks (140+) without any problems. I am experienced in the game so I know how to fix most major things happening (etc mods that need updating). 2 days ago I was playing fine. Then I wanted to log back in the game and the game when it started gave me a black screen. It was late at night so I didnt really pay attention to it. I then updated my GPU drivers , went to sleep, next morning same thing. Can't load up the game, just a black screen. I did some google search, tried everything written on there. Changed my Hz to 60 from 240 since some1 said in a youtube vid to do that, did a DDU gpu driver roll back since some1 else suggested that, did a thing called run the game in buldozer mode, unistalled/reinstalled the whole game. Tried running as admin/no admin, tried windowed/fullscreen, literally I tried almost everything to the point I formated everything my computer had because I thought it might have been a corrupted driver somewhere. That also didn't work. I get an error saying couldn't init dxdiag and ive sent the report to bohemia's support. I will put my dxdiag and the report as well here if it helps. I also noticed something that when I start the game my memory goes upto 98% is that normal? I was thinking as a last resort to buy more RAM but i dont think its a hardware issue.... also asked one of my friends to burrow me his GPU but he doesnt want to for some stupid reason. 2. Played a full game of CS GO yday without crashing also installed red dead redemption 2 and at some point i got a weird sound from the game like grrrr and i was like oh no here we go again but nothing crashed to my surprise. Havent yet tried eft since its my nightmare.
  3. check on the 2nd page here, I posted a video. its in the start. all PC cases has them.
  4. You know what im starting to think the problem was and my guess could be wrong. When i mentioned about the gold rinses i took out my mobo and placed my gpu again very carefully. (The left part of it might not have been put the whole way in the slot) so maybe that was the problem? Tho if it was merely inside the gpu normally wouldnt even start? Dunno what to say. Or maybe it was fixed because i used ddu for the first time in safe mode then put the latest drivers that got released yesterday.
  5. I put CS GO on watch mode. and was monitoring the temps etc. CPU max was 72 degrees so I guess thats normal. Didnt crash at all. Will post more results but so far it seems my problems are fixed and had no crashes. maybe EFT is a buggy game after all.
  6. Dont know if I fixed my problem but so far I had 0 crashes in some games Ive played. Im gonna try now CS GO and Escape From Tarkov which were the games I used to had a crash on.
  7. I just did a Unigine Heaven Benchmark test and nothing crashed.
  8. I think my motherboard or CPU has an integrated graphics card so might as well test that. Will see what Vishera said also.
  9. Yea already done that. so far I havent got any crashes. been playing hearthstone for a while now.
  10. Updated BIOS, memory is listed yes. Now Im gonna do some testing and reporting back again. I put my PC in safe mode did a unistall of my drivers and put the newest ones. Maybe now all is gonna be good. Running GPUPI once more now. with 32B. I noticed in my Asus BIOS that my CPU temp was at 54 degrees. Is that normal temp? Because I saw some people say 20-30 when idle is normal CPU temp. GPUPI failed and this is the result: Timer: HPET (14.32 MHz) Init HWiNFO: Ok AMD Accelerated Parallel Processing 2.1 - AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT (20 CUs, 1755 MHz, OpenCL 2.0) Compiling OpenCL kernels ... done. 11. I havent done any overclocking, no. so how do I fix these calculation errors.... by changing drivers? I forgot to mention I didnt unistalled - installed drivers with DDU in safe mode but from windows.... maybe that would change things?
  12. I am seriously thinking about the cpu temps again. Is it normal on cpu stress tests to go at 80 degress? Its the only part i didnt install. They installed it at the shop i bought it from and when i told them to put thermal paste they told me it has one already. Hmmmm
  13. Something that came to my mind now. I had some hdd drives i connected via sata in my system one of two drives when i first put in utorrent settings the destination folder my pc crashed. Now these 2 drives are formatted and i dont use them for anything. My 500gb ssd was enough for everything i needed so far. Could there be a slight chance the hdd is cause my pc to crash??? Altho i dont use it for anything? Guess ill remove them and check it out altho i dont believe it ll make a difference. Is the DOCP thing in asus motherboards the same thing as enabling an XMP profile for the ram clocks??
  14. Thank god u said this so im not the only one. I was checking my mobo bios date and i updated it to the latest one that is compatible with ryzen 5 3600 cpus tho i dont think thats relevant. If it was a cpu problem the pc wouldnt even boot. Its weird tho it can stay powered for 24 hours in windows and the problems start in gaming.
