Whats the best air cooler for ryzen? Good to overclock and silent if possible.

2.5k my overall budget lol. I live in Portugal

So i wanted to build a gaming desktop for a while but i am afraid that if i buy the parts i will have some problems with compatibility, i was hoping u guys can help me out with the parts. The Gpu will be gtx 1080 strix OC CPU intel core i7-7700k 4.2 ghz skt1151 Case: Phanteks Enthoo EVOLV ATX So i dont know what motherboard should i buy cause i will use m.2 ssd and a normal ssd and probably a wify card. The cooler can be liquid or air i dont have a preference. My budget is around 2.5k but i live in europe and the parts here a bit more expensive. Pls help me out guys

Hi i am in the process of build a gaming computer and i have alredy picked a graphics card and r9 380 4g ram and for my cpu i have 150 euro budget and i was thinking in buying an AMD fx 8320E 3.2Ghz but in reviews people say AMD cpu suck compare to intel so should i save some more money and buy a intel cpu or go with amd. The games that i will play will probably be mostly mmorpg or moba and some GTA V.
