I just bought a Evga GTX 1080 Ti SC2, 11GB Dedicated gpu memory. When i play game it never use it all, in fact it's stock around 8GB. In task manager you see it really got 11GB but never go higher, in MSI afterburn you see the max at 8059 MB. So how can i use it all ? I game in 1080P everything Ultra but, i want optimiez and go to 1440. Even my pc ram usage seem to be jam at 16868 in after burn but i got 32. If someone can explain and help me use it all it would be really nice Thank's

What's the size of you movie files? I just try to add a old card, GTX 970. Video was a bit better but CPU still 100% load and audio... is not working find at all. Just gonna have to build a new HTPC i think

Hi i got a i5 5500k and 8gi of ram ssd. I never had problems playing HD movie on my 4k tv yet but now... Juste got a 20gi movie uhd 7.1 all that stuf and i cant play it smoothly. I dont have graphics card. Do i need a graphic card or upgrade my cpu?

I want to do heavy CPU task, but I'm on a budget, so i9 and threadsripper is out of reached I got around 800$ Cad for a CPU and motherboard. So R7 1700x ? or I7 8700k ? 1700x 8 core 16 thread base clock 3.4 GHz boost to 3.8 GHz 8700k 6 core 12 thread base clock 3.7 GHz boost to 4.3 GHz My guess is more core is better than higher GHz and i can buy R7 1700x right now, Cofee Lake ill have to wait next years to get it. So what are you thinking? Thank's
