  1. I wonder what will happen if I plug a SATA cable to the motherboard and the other end to another SATA port on the mobo. Never seen people doing it cause I know it's stupid but I'm too cheap to test it myself cause I have no spare motherboard or a second house to perform it.
  2. I have an APU system now and I want to get more performance. Now should I get 2 R7 250 to run in CrossFire and Dual Graphics or a single R7 360 and disable the Radeon Cores in my APU?
  3. Oh, thanks! I'm worried cause I heard a lot about Mantle being really good so I built a Mantle compatible rig. Well my GPUs doesn't support DX12. But my APU do. Just need to get DX12 compatible GPU.
  4. Is Mantle API dead? I have been searching on Google and all I know now is that NVidia did not support AMD and some complicated things I didn't really bother to read. I have been waiting with my Rig that is fully compatible with Mantle and this random thread on Facebook tell me that Mantle is RIP. Is this true?
  5. That doesn't really help me, I'm just confused about should I use M3 or 6#32*6.
  6. So, I'm doing my build for my brother today. And when I look at the manual of the case, it shows me to use the screws used to screw in the PSU (6#32*6, there is 20 of them) as well as screwing in the motherboard, I'm getting confused as there is another set of screws, the M3 that I usually see other cases use to screw in the motherboard. But that is only for SSDs and ODDs it said in the manual and the quantity is 20 of them as well. Why do I need 5 SSD? I'm not running a NAS. Btw the case is CoolerMaster Elite 311 Plus.
  7. It is a shitty PowerLogic PSU. At night he was playing GTA 5 and suddenly the whole system blows off and caught on fire. Lucky there is a random fire extinguisher in his room. For some unknown reason.
  8. He mostly play B4. He used to own a custom prebuilt with a i7 and a 650Ti BOOST. I told him to change the PSU. God that 650Ti Boost is wasted.
  9. Well....I might borrow my GPU to his system first and get a 750Ti or R7 370 later on.
  10. The problem is my country doesn't have all these stuff.
  11. Well, I translated it from MYR to USD. So there is a difference. That GT 730 is just for now as the FX doesn't have iGPU.
  12. I can't upgrade to a GPU later on, the FX does not have integrated GPU. So I really need a GPU for now, well my brother.
  13. So I'm doing a new budget build for my brother. All of the stuff I listed costs below 500 dollar. AMD FX 8320E Gigabyte 970A-DS3P 4Gigs of Kingston KVR1600 (1x4) nVidia GeForce GT 730 2GB GDDR3 (There is also a 4GB version) CoolerMaster 311 Plus ATX Case CoolerMaster Elite 350 (350W PSU, obviously) All of these costs 432 dollar When the GPU is the 4Gig version it costs 453 dollar. Is this a good or bad choice? As I only built 2 PC in my lifetime and one of them blew up.
  14. Well, that much money in my country can buy 2 GTX Titan Z.
  15. I didn't choose the parts. My cousin choosed it. I already asked him why but he didn't reply me.
