  1. I'll do so then. It's 200rs.(3$) or so pricier, but if it's needed, that's it. Btw are you, by any chance, the same guy from PCSX2 forums?
  2. I currently have gigabyte b75-md3h motherboard and have 8gb corsair vengeance ddr3 1600mhz ram with cas latency of 9 and 9-9-9-24 timing. I want to upgrade to 16gb. Can I get ram from different brands for the next two slots as long as those two sticks are identical? Can I go for corsair vengeance c10 which has 10 cas latency and different timing but same speed? Or do I have to get exact same sticks again i.e. 1600c9 ddr3 from corsair vengeance series?
  3. It's ok. Do you also think evga g2 650w would be enough, considering that the card will be gigabyte xtreme which can take max 300w intead of 250w of reference?
  4. i5 3450, not i3. Performance difference between i5s are nominal in current games. iirc i5 4440 got 5-6 less frames than 6700k in witcher 3. Upgrading cpu means upgrading motherboard and if going skylake, then ram too. Would be too costly and exceed my budget by a wide margin.
  5. Thank you all. I'll get 650 then to have some headroom
  6. My current build is i5 3450, gtx 660, 8gb ram, 1tb wd blue, 250gb samsung 850 evo, gigabyte b75m-d3h mobo, 3 120mm fans, 1 200mm fans, cooler master thunder 600w, generic keyboard and logitech g502. I am upgrading next month and buying gigabyte xtreme 980ti, 2tb wd black, k70 rgb and 8 more gbs of ram. Should I go for Evga G2 650W or G2 750W for the build?
