XPS 13 vs Razer Blade Stealth? Which one would be better for gaming? School work? Overall Usability?

Hi guys I'm looking around for a laptop mainly for my school work. Ideally It would be light thin and have a great battery life. MY budget is around $1000 and I'm willing to go up to $1200 if there's a reason too. I'm mainly using the laptop to just do school work but it would be nice to be able to play games like cs go or League or legends once in a while. As long as it is LIGHT AND THIN it will be satisfied. What laptops are out there that would satisfy my needs?

Too expensive

I'm a Student in High school and recently my old laptop could not be charged for some reason so i am looking for a replacement. My Budget up to 700 but i would prefer spending less on the laptop. There are so many to choose from but im not sure what laptop will fit my needs. I want to be able to play games like Cs Go or Minecraft however my main focus is for working, It should have a Decent battery life and be light weight. I've been leaning towards a macbook but they are pretty expensive. Should i go with a Used macbook or are there any better windows alternatives???

I'm probably going to be using Obs for my screen capturing

I'm not sure if i should buy a i3 4170 or a i5 4690 for a pc. The purpose of it will be to record games like minecraft and csgo but im not sure if an i3 will be able to handle screen capture. will any i3 be able to handle it or should i play it safe with a i5???

Playing and recording with software like Obs

I'm building a pc for a friend and i was wondering whether or not this pc would be sufficient for recording games like minecraft and csgo. I'm also looking to upgrade in the near future so what parts should i get that will be suitable for better parts??? Is there anything wrong with this pc build. Anyway that i could improve its performance for the same price? Also i prefer getting parts from newegg because theres no tax in NY. My friend also prefers intel cpus and nvidia Gpus

I have a ssd and a HDD how can I erase everything on both drives. I am trying to reinstall windows but with a 64 bit version instead of 32. I also messed up with partitioning my drives and I wanted to start over. What's the easiest way for me to erase everything in my drive

Currently i have a 250gb ssd and a 1tb hdd. Windows 10 is already installed in it. I tried duplicating the folders and moving it but my downlpads still download on my ssd. If i were to wipe all my files how would i be able to configure it so that my ssd has my os and games. And my hdd has my downloads videos and documents?

IS there only one standoff screw for this case?? Do i not need standoff screws?

I recently bought a motherboard for my new rig. Inside the box was a disk. However because i went for a S340 Case there is no space to put a Disk player. Can i transfer the content in the disk to a usb where it will still server the same purpose. I'm sorry if this is a "noob" question but i'm trying to build my pc relatively soon and i need to know whether or not i need to buy a disk player Thanks!!!
