Nope, I already tried this Xeon with this RX 470 and it worked like a charm. I can't figure it out

Anybody got issues with Xeon lately ? Can't install amd graphics drivers for my rx 470. When the software reboot the computer it got cancelled like it never happen. Xeon E52620 V3. I tried 2 RX 470 and 2 Mobo and everytime I got the same curious things, windows update error and amd radeon drivers never rly installed.

Hello, Building a new rig here for a friend. I7 9700k Z390 Aorus gigabyte pro wifi 16go (2x8) ddr4 Corsair vengeance lpx 3000mhz RTX 2080 Aorus Corsair HX750 SSD M.2 (wtv) DD 2to (wtv) Carbide Spec 06 Power On... and power off instantly. On the mobos => Led Cpu going red then Dram going red after that led cpu aaaaand shut off. I try that : 1) Use only 1 ram on EVERY slot. (With my 2 rams). Dual Channel, simple channel, blablabla 2) Checking for BEND PINS. CLEAR. (I use a magnifier, ho yeah) 3) Use an another PSU. Same problem 4) Clear CMOS ? Done and done. I have no other 1151v2 mobos and no other CPU than this I7 9700k. So what's your opinion ? Thank you.

I would like an advice. What can I choose between those CPU ? 1366 versus 1155 showdown ? Ho and maybe I can get one of those 6 cores CPU like Xeon 5690 or I7 980x ? Thank you for your advices.
