Hi guys,
I'm new here and I came here for help regarding my Sennheiser 363d headset. I've been experiencing heavy sound distortion (can't hear a thing) after a while of using these headphones. It randomly but when it sets in I can't get rid of it any other way than restarting my computer or changing the channel from 7.1 to 5.1 (the sound distortion returns after 1-5 minutes). I tried turning off the bundled-in soundcard and it still happens. I've re-installed the drivers several times and tried different USB entrances. Not sure what to do. I tried just plugging in the 3.5 jacks and it worked without any distortion but then I'll have to be fine with having a 2.0 sound which sounds horrible. Does anyone know a fix to this? It's also worth mentioning that the sound isn't being distorted in the recording (shadowplay) but it is so when it's played out in my headset.
