As the title states im trying to use some avis or movs or even a less bloated webm in obs for custom transitions. however its a stuttery mess when i play the videos from google drive they are 100% clear...but when downloaded and played in any media player locally or used in obs they stutter like crazy I have tried every which way to update downdate fresh install all drivers - i even updated windows 10 for a years worth of updates(or longer) cleared cache and temp files, tried updating codecs(everything seems fishy tho) Im kind of at a loss and need help D: my pc should be MORE than capable with 6700k cpu and 980 ti 16 gb ram

I currently have an Acer Nitro V with a GTX 1050(got it as a reward at work) however the GPU is very lacking for gaming. I was wondering is there a way to hook up an external GPU to a laptop that DOESNT have Thunderbolt 3? And if so...how? And will there be a performance hit for not going TB3? I upgraded my desktop to a 2080ti so I have a 980ti just chillin waiting to be used.

For some reason at home I can connect just fine wirelessly, Wired via Ethernet, Wired via Ethernet->TypeC(Even tho acer says it isnt supposed to) However when I go into work the network wont Identify and it doesnt give me the option to change it to a private network when plugged in via Ethernet or TypeC. Wireless works fine but its the Guest WiFi network. It worked at one point and suddenly just stopped. I have done everything I could find/googled Resetting adapters Pinging fails with 100% packet loss Tried Network Reset Disabled Fast Startup Updated Drivers/Uninstalled and Reinstalled IP Configuration is set to Auto Rebooted Modem, Router, Network Switches Any help would be greatful!

How does anti-cheat work in games? Why does CSGO rely on players to "overwatch" cases instead of an automated system? Why does Easy Anti-Cheat suck in games like RUST? I thought there was a video on this already...but I cant seem to find it Been encountering a lot of cheaters lately in RUST and thought itd be great to learn more about how or why anti cheats suck in some cases

Their kickstarter is over - was just wondering if there was a link or code for LTT? Only way I found out about em was through LTT would love to support where credit is due

This is probably super silly thinking - But I was curious if anyone has ever tried or researched this just out of curiosity. I think driver support would be the only thing lacking to making it work...but what about windows phones and tablets?! These are the weird things I think about when I lay in bed not able to sleep lol

it can happen a few times a day on my shorter streaming nights itll happen at least once what I dont get is if it needs a new IP...why would it change it while its being used...why not wait until the network is idle? is there anyway to prevent it from changing? its becoming more and more infuriating especially when something epic happens and you go back to highlight your VOD and its all ruined by dropped frames and skipping

I am currently having an issue where while using my network(Modem->Router->PC all via Ethernet) that my network drops for a split second then comes back I had my ISP come out so many times and they replaced every single line known to man from the mainline to the house to the coax in the wall all the way to the modem. It always seems to fix it then suddenly...dropped frames and random disconnects happen again.(2 PC setup for streaming) I contacted my ISP again to get to the bottom of it again and they were monitoring my Connect over a week to see anything irregular and told me that my "IP Address is Changing over Wifi" WTF does that even mean lol. I have the Wifi function on my router turned off to prevent anyone connecting to it and just want to use it for the 2 PCs. Is there any other way to diagnose what the hell is going on? All signals/power levels for Upstreams and Downstreams are perfect. So Im ruling the modem out...and when it disconnects i dont see the lights on the modem change at all. Noise is never an issue for me as the rig is tucked away nicely and noise cancelling headphones
