  1. Hi porky, thanks for the suggestions - tried the control panel stuff, but can't find the 'local area connection' option I'm afraid! I just connect to a wireless router , I'm not even sure I'm describing things correctly, after 10 years on a Mac I'm a little out of my depth here!
  2. Just a home network, all my other devices have no problems connecting.
  3. When I start my PC, I'm unable to connect to the internet and load web pages, play games etc. If I restart the machine, it works away Ok for around 5 mins or so, then the same problem - web pages won't load, games can't connect to server. If I'm playing a game, like Battlefront, as long as i can connect to the server {after restart} , i can play for hours with no problem, but as soon as i leave the game, no more web pages will load. I've tried using a cable and disabling the wireless adaptor, but its exactly the same problem - connectivity 5 mins then have to restart to get back online. Any ideas folks?
