  1. I'm getting a 1060 soon, but I can't choose between the Windforce GTX 1060 or the slightly better 'gaming edition'. Regular Version Gaming Version Is the extra power worth $20 and $5 shipping?
  2. Lately I've been having an issue with my monitor going to sleep randomly while I'm using my computer. It's gotten to a point where I can't use my computer for 5 minutes without it happening (currently on my phone). I can't figure out what the problem is because I switched from my Dell U2312HM 23.something inch monitor to an old 15" square monitor. This has been a gradually increasing problem, I think it actually started in September of 2014 maybe? I had my 23" monitor and another 22" monitor, and this kept happening. What fixed it was stopping using the smaller secondary monitor. In the last 6 months of 2015 I was using my main monitor and the small 15" one I'm using right now until a few months ago, when taking away the 15" monitor solved the problem. When it started happening again a few weeks ago, switching to the smaller monitor worked for a while. Now it's gotten to an unusable point and I can't stand it any longer. I've done a little research but I can't find anything. One more thing that happens: if I use the reset button on my case, sometimes the computer will turn off fully for a few seconds, then boot up and the monitor won't come on at all. In all honestly, my frustrated power button mashing may have contributed to the computer's downfall. Here's my computer specs (I built it more than 3 years ago): -Corsair C70 case -Intel i3-2100 Dual Core Processor -8gb G-Skill Sniper series RAM (2x4gb) -Saphire Radeon 7770 1gb -Gigabyte B75M-D3H Micro ATX motherboard -a 60-something gb OCZ SSD -500gb Seagate SSHD -PC Power & Cooling Silencer MK III 400W 80+ Bronze Certified Power Supply -Legitimate copy of Windows 7 (if that matters) What I can't figure out is wether it's one component gone bad or all of them. Should I bite the bullet and just get a new computer or is there a way of finding out what the problem is? Thanks for helping in advance (not playing overwatch is killing me inside). 3. Looking at them right now, PCPP compalability filters are really useful
  4. I'm planning a new computer build and narrowed my choices down to 5 for a CPU. I'm not very experienced with technical stuff, and it seems like there's so little variation between them that it's insignificant, but I want to check first. i5-4670K i5-4690 i5-4590 i5-6600K i7-4770 I'll be doing quite a bit of gaming, possibly editing videos (but I'm not worried about quick rendering) Thanks!
