  1. Hi Everyone, Thanks for clicking in, hope you have a great day ahead. Im having some issue here when installed 2nd M.2 NVME SSD to my pc, appreciate if someone can help advice on this. So here's my issue, it's abit long story but i hope to include every possible information. and apologies for my poor grammar. So... I've just installed a new M.2 NVME SSD as my second drive, and it detected at bios page, and does able to bootup to windows, initialed disk and assigned a drive letter. but after PC restart, it went weird and took very long time to have the Asus Bios Logo show up, then it went straight to Bios page instead of Windows. At the bios page, the new M.2 NVME SSD that i added just disappear. So i went around some troubleshoot, by reseating both of the drive and swapping slots but none of it works. After few restarts the first M.2 NVME SSD randomly gone undetected too. I did another test by changing different motherboard Asus Prime B550M to verify the M.2 NVME SSD health and it did went well with both M.2 NVME SSD, windows boot up without issue, ran benchmark, games for few days, everything works just fine. So... I suspect the problem is with the motherboard, i requested for RMA and and also send over the whole PC to ASUS service center for them to have a proper checkup. They replaced a new motherboard, but before that they also did faced the same issue with the first & second RMA unit motherboard they tested and finally the third motherboard went well with the two M.2 NVME SSD installed, benchmarked & stress tested. Then... Right when i get back home with the PC, another kind of issue happened but also the SSD related, right now the new M.2 NVME SSD it just randomly disconnect (Windows shows drive letter follow by a ? sign/Software installed on it crashes/BSOD & etc), windows does boot up (previous motherboard was totally not booting) after every restart and both SSD shows up every time in bios page. So.... i went to get 2 new M.2 NVME SSD, and still same issue.... I'm fed up & gave up, if there is no solutions for this, maybe i'll just get a SATA SSD =) Below is my current PC Specs - RYZEN 3600X - ASUS X570 Strix-F - ASUS RTX3070 TUF Gaming - ADATA XPG D80 8GB 3200Mhz x2 - ADATA XPG8200 Pro 1TB M.2 NVME SSD (Boot Drive) - ADATA XPGSX6000 Lite 1TB M.2 NVME SSD (Game Drive) - WD Blue 1TB SATA HDD (Files) - SEAGATE Firecuda 1TB SATA SSHD (More files) - COOLERMASTER V750 Gold PSU - COOLERMASTER ML360R AIO Cooler Below is some troubleshoots i tried. 1) Tested on new motherboard (total 4x Asus X570 Strix F, 1x Asus Prime B550M(Only the B550M works fine)) 2) Tested on new SSD (SAMSUNG 970 EVO, ADATA XPG8200 Pro, ADATA XPGSX6000 Lite, AGI Rapidity 1TB) 2) Tweaking bios settings (Changed M.2_1 & M.2_2 Link Speed from Auto to GEN1,2,3,4) 3) Tweaking bios settings (Enable Raid Mode) 4) Tweaking bios settings (Change PCIE16_1 from Auto to GEN3~4) 5) Changing HDD drives SATA port from 1~6 6) Disconnect all attached HDD drives (Total 2) 6) Tried to use a FIDECO NVMe M.2 SSD to PCIe X16/X8/X4 Card (Still randomly disconnect, but interestingly, benchmark for CDM test achieved 35k Mb/s Read, instead of SX6000 Lite advertised 2100Mb/s ) 7) Update Bios to latest version (Not Beta) 8) Tried both Windows 10 & 11
  2. Updates: Stuff i did in pass 12 hours, was manage to get 5th GPU working... one more to go - Use dual psu by connect 2 of the gpu to a 850watts 80+Gold psu - Enable 4G Encoding in bios - Update driver with device manage, manage to 5th GPU works - Tried Ubuntu/SimpleMining OS, same problem, only 5 gpu detected i suspect it might be something missing with bios settings
  3. ya i got that, no harm keeping the coins, who know it might gonna be sky rocket again.... trying hard to find some money here...
  4. Hello Guys, I having some problem here, my mining rig only able to run in max 4 gpus, no matter how i swap between pcie slots, still only 4 detected. I know this is a common issue, there is alots of people facing this & might found their solutions, but i tried most of them... non of it works for me.... Below is the specs & stuff i did OS: Windows 10 CPU: Pentium G4560 (Was G4400, saw a post about skylake & kabylake limitation so i tried both) RAM: Apacer 8GB 2133mhz Ram SSD: Apacer Panther AS340 120GB PSU: Segotep GP1350 1250Watts 80+ Gold MOBO: Gigabyte GA-H110-D3A Mining board (Flashed Latest Bios, Mining Mode on) GPU: 6x Gigabyte GTX1070 (Mix with Auros, G1 Gaming & Winforce edition) Raiser: PCIe PCI-E x1 to x16 Riser Card USB3.0 Sata Power Connector Stuff I did - Flash Latest Bios Version F23a, Mining Mode on, GEN 2(was set automatically by bios once mining mode on but tried GEN 1 too) - Onboard Graphic On (Bcoz i not sure if able to connect my screen to one of the 1070 with raiser connected) - Nvidia Latest Driver Installed ver 384.76 - Changed virtual memory paging file size to 20000mb - Installed MSI Afterburner (Using it to detect GPU always shows 4xGPU+HD610 onboard GPU and a blank clickable space at #6 - Tested every single raiser to make sure it's working fine (basically test every of them by plug in any of the PCIE slots with single GPU) - Tested every single PCIE x1 slots (basically test every of them by plug in single GPU with raiser one by one, restart pc and run afterburner to check) Please any advise or guidance is deeply appreciated, been struggled for days on this problem. 5. Hi guys, just wanna ask, is it possible to to MOD a RGB LED Strip to have HUE effect just like the NZXT Hue? i just saw someone did it with a cheap china RGB fan, not sure how he make it, but this came in my head... a HUE Strip?
  6. Erm... because mine seems not work well while others do? So i create a thread to ask around, there is a lots of expert here that willing to help and i'm trying to help others too... is this why you create an account here too?
  7. What GPU you use to play B&S? Mind post your screen shot? I did change my desktop resolution to 1440p after turn on VSR, then change the in game resolution to 1440p as well, you can increase to higher res but it will drop FPS significantly... i'm dowloading Dota2 now, will post ss later tonight.
  8. Tried everything, nothing seems working other than downsampling to 1440 or more to minimize the bad part Here is what i tried, 1) DDU & reinstall latest OEM driver (AMD Catalyst) 2) Return to all stock status (CPU & Ram Overclock) 3) Swap HDD with Window 8.1 installed (Installed with OEM driver) 4) Swap PC (Intel G3258 OC + Asus Z97M Plus + 750W PSU) 5) Optimize with RadeonPRO (Force AA & others to games) 6) VSR to 1440p (The only thing that works but FPS drop to 20++)
  9. Ya, it do have black bars around the display when i was using Crimson, but after i DDU and install OEM AMD driver (Catalyst) it just default to 1080p which is the my monitor max resolution. Everything is still same, CS GO, Bns still have the jaggies everywhere, especially the trees & shadow...
  10. Tried everything, even DDU & roll back to catalyst driver, doesn't help much... only VSR to 1440 can make some slightly different
  11. I've been ignoring it since years ago, but come to this Blade & Soul game, i cant take it anymore while watching my brother playing just fine with a lower specs pc , i really have to do something now.. if u refer to the right screenshot at post #17, mine were like 50% worst than that... Here is mine
  12. And here is a screenshot from BnS forum of their AA effect, it really does make different
  13. I'll try that and report back the result. You guys just remind me that there is a incident where everytime i reinstall a fresh window+AMD driver, i'll have to do some setting like GPU scaling to a percentage and make the display to fit my screen (There is a half inch black boarder gap between the display & the screen)
