  1. There are much cheaper much better fans. You can easily get double the pressure for half the price. Also they look ugly as the Elephant Man.
  2. It is actually probably better to contract out. My employer is a contractor we get treated super well and get amazing pay and discounts. Since we take care of many tech companies we get a lot of discounts. 47% off Dell. $200+ off Apple. $700 bonuses every quarter. We get it real well. We feel like our employer does care about us. We get a lot of care since the job sucks so hard. A non outsourced call center is good for getting employee discounts at that one place, and their systems are better. My systems suck, we can hardly do anything to the system. I would never be able to send a cx something through the mail for free with out contacting sups and the cx first. It would take a long time and have to go through the actual company's corporate office.
  3. Metro Last Light Skyrim ARMA 3 Deadpool. Anything they just happen to have for sale I am going to grab. Put away $300 just for the summer sale.
  4. It is a shitty job. With that said that kind of stuff isn't acceptable.
  5. ..... I just ordered a h100i... I now regret it after this story... Corsair's water coolers are fantastic but customer support really sells me. I just bought my hard drives from Amazon instead of Newegg, while Newegg had it 10 dollars cheaper, because Amazon's return policy and my experience with them is so much better. I ordered a rubics cube a few months ago and I got energy pills. The sent me a full refund and it took a day to appear in my account. I work customer support. Sometimes I feel like the company does well, other times not. I assume it is the same with all companies. Part of the Razer thing is definitely the loyalty. If someone calls in to where I work if they use us a lot (I can see everything they have ever done with us since 2008.) They get free stuff out the wahzoo. If someone calls in and they don't use us that much they get far less help. Not because we don't appreciate them but because a lot of them are trying to play the system to get free stuff.
  6. There are plenty of games that are NVIDIA optimized. But I don't think that the charts were very conclusive. It looked like while the $1k AMD outperformed the $650 780. The NVIDIA $1k card outperformed the AMD equivalent. I have an AMD 4890. The power to price ratio is just amazing (for the time it came out). The card had driver issues for the first 1.5 years I had it. I would always update my drivers when a new set would come out hoping it fixed my problems. It never did. So I would go through the previous drivers that supported the card and they were just as bad. After about 2 years though AMD got their stuff together and the card started working AMAZINGLY. I couldn't play Saints Row 2 at more than 10 frames when their bad drivers were out. I came back and played again a year later and I was getting 50+ FPS. AMD might had gotten their act together, but it was too little too late. They never supported their high end 4890 properly. I have an NVIDIA 550 in another build that outperforms this card by leaps and bounds. I will never buy AMD again.
