  1. I've heard that AMD cards run hotter and don't have driver updates as regularly as nvidia..so if you ask me green team seems to have a lead in the gpu market.
  2. I'm probably going to say laptop. It's more portable than a SFF.
  3. TL;DR GTX 960 is a great card for 1080p gaming. Nice, cheap card (best value nvidia wise) Don't listen to all the haters, I had a GTX 750Ti I considered getting a GTX 960 but I went a head and bought a GTX 970. HOWEVER, if you compare the GTX 960 to the GTX 660 it's better. The GTX 760 was more of an "odd" card because of it's performance "boost" it had. I think the GTX 960 is a GREAT Mid-ranged GPU for 1080p. I personally have a GTX 970 (as I said earlier) I think I went a little overkill with buying this card because all of the games I play, this card throws out 200+ FPS. So, if you ask me it depends on the games you currently play and plan to play. I might even downgrade to a GTX 960 just because I haven't and don't have any games that I can throw at this. Sure, I have Crysis 3..but I don't play it anymore..I've beaten in several times and MP is almost dead. So...
  4. I have Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, The free version but I also want an Anti-virus program.
  5. An alternate fix to this (For those using Microsofts emails) Simply log into the account, go to profile -> edit profile -> change email address. I changed my email from an outlook to a Gmail and it worked instantly.
  6. Hello, everyone. Before I get into this, I just want to kindly ask fellow users to not flame up or give any hate towards my choice in this post just because I'm talking about Alienware. Right, so for the question..I plan to buy the Alienware X51 R3 with the i7-6700 OR i5-6600K and a GTX 960. Now, if I go with the i7-6700 version I won't have better performance when compared to the i5-6600K (Overclocked). The only difference I have found is about 7% better performance with the i5-6600K. The image below shows the performance ratings and the +7% performance with the i5-6600K. So do I go with the non water-cooled version (i7-6700) or the water-cooled version (i5-6600K) The next part is to settle everyone down on the "Alienware is overpriced, DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!" Talk. I know Alienware is overpriced, however I do not have the time or patience to build a SFF Gaming PC. I would like to purchase an Alienware X51 because of it's sleek design and power as well as it being SFF and easy to travel with. However, for those who will never let that go..I put together an Origin PC SFF PC that came out to $1,834 (Before Shipping and Tax). So, on to the last part of this post. I plan to take out the 9.5 inch GTX 960 and the Small 10mm or 14mm fan they have in the front so I can put my current GTX 970 Reference 4GB 10.5 inch GPU. I have done research and it is in-fact do-able. The only (issue) would be any Overclocked/Superclocked GPUs and of course the length, where Dell/Alienware recommend any 9.5 Inch card. I have seen people put the EVGA GTX 970 Superclocked (9.5 Inches) inside the Alienware X51 R2 and posted benchmarks and gameplay, it worked fine, but I'm not going to spend another $300+ on a GPU just to have two of them and one sitting around. 7. I've been looking for a new, safe, anti-virus and anti-malware program that I don't have to pay for. I know that paying for one is better but I just don't have the money right now. I am currently running Malwarebytes Anti-Malware FREE version which doesn't do everything I want it to, it no longer gives me real-time protection and doesn't autoscan. I've recently downloaded Avira Free Antivirus and have seen and hear great stuff about it, however, I am wondering if there is anything else out there that is better? I considered going with Avast but I decided not to. My top choices were: Avira Free Antivirus and AVG Free Antivirus & Malware. Should I stay with Avira or switch to AVG?
