  1. ok thanks for the feedback my mind is all over the place everyone says something different. Ill try to narrow it down. Im probably gonna have to go with what i think is good and see what happens from there. Thats how I will build my trust and see whats good and not good.
  2. how about those asus z97 motherboards with the black and gold color scheme?
  3. How is msi's reputation compmared to asrock i dont know much about them?
  4. how reliable will it be? I want it to be stable
  5. Could you guys recommend me a z97 motherboard that is good for the 4690k. I want to be able to overclock on it and spend no more than 150. Are those blue and black msi and asrock boards any good? Ive been looking at the msi z97 krait edition it seems to be good. I've heard about an issue where the motherboard ships with a version that is not able to recognize the 4690k i dont want this to happen. Pretty much an out of date version and your not able to do anything about it. Thanks for any feedback.
  6. ya im leaning for the crucial but either way i should be fine thanks for the response. I tend to overthink things sometimes
  7. Ya Im definitely getting an ssd when I upgrade, ive never owned one before and im going to make sure i get one. That leads me to another question i was going to get a crucial bx100 250gb and im also looking at an 850 evo 250gb ive heard a lot of good things about both.
  8. Hey guys ill be upgrading my computer here soon and had some question. Im currently using a 2tb seagate hard drive from a prebuilt computer and was wondering if i should get a completely new hard drive like a wd blue or if I should just transfer this hard drive over. Nothing is wrong with it im just wondering. Is it something where that matters and if i will get a performance boost or not?
  9. ok ill keep that in mind. I was talking about be quiet's cpu coolers not being in stock or sold in many places the cryorig coolers seem to be alright to get.
  10. haha ya thats what I was thinking thanks for the replies guys appreciate it
  11. Im looking for an air cooler for a 4960k. I plan on overclocking to around 4.0 at first and possibly higher later on to 4.2 - 4.3 What cpu coolers would be able to handle that while maintaining good temps, preferably 75 c and below. Im looking to spend up to 60 bucks and iv'e already looked at noctuas stuff but im not interested. Someting relatively silent would be good aswell. I was thinking cryorig h5 or a be quiet cooler but i cant seem to find any in stock
