when I turn on the computer just built the fan spins up and then turns off after a few seconds an keeps repeating this process

Just finished building the PC and pressed the power button and nothing the specs are; case: node 202 RAM: 8gb drr4 CPU: I5 6500 (stock cooler) SSD: 480GB SANDISK ULTRA II please help.
