  1. Halo MCC if you have an xbox one....I might be the only console peasant here though so why not try Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes?
  2. it depends on what you buy and who you buy it from. I've had some good experiences but I've also had some bad.
  3. well, I don't think that should be the problem then. How is it connected? A wired connection will be faster than a wifi connection. Also check what type of connection you have between them, fast ethernet or gigabit ethernet
  4. I've seen something similar to this before and a reply that usually comes up is that it could have something to do with the write time for the drive(s), it might not be able to handle information that fast. What type of drive are you using?
  5. Taking a look at an mSATA I had on hand, it looks like it will fit but like @Moonzy said, the laptop manufacturer's website should tell you
  6. That's pretty neat, Also good job reviving this old thread, it might have been a good idea to start a new one
  7. if you can take it apart without breaking it, that might be a good idea. This helps make sure all the moisture gets out. Afterwords, your mouse should run faster because it's charged with all those electrolytes.
  8. oh I see, wasn't sure if you were getting overcharged and whether or not you knew it
  9. I'm curious why one monitor costs more than the other 2 even though it's the same model. Is there only 2 left from one place and the 3rd had to be ordered from another place?
  10. I say good riddance, there have been a lot of flaws discovered since it's release and thanks to this, companies moved on to newer versions
  11. little arrow on the bottom of their post, you can also quote multiple people in one post by clicking on the + on the bottom as well
  12. depending on what version of office you're using you can find a formula tab when you make a table under Layout>Data in the top right. Hope this helped. While a table isn't a word box, you can make it a 1x1 and then adjust the size from there EDIT: That doesn't seem to work across multiple tables, you might be able to input a spreadsheet but I don't think that's what you're looking for. Sorry to get your hopes up
  13. Pre-orders ruin the game industry...however I'm having an internal conflict because I really want to pre-order mirror's edge...I'll probably still buy it anyways if I don't pre-order. @ThatCarlosGuy it's 42.33 in USD
  14. I can hear the sorrow in your "alright", I've tried myself, would love to see the games played on my computer as well but alas
  15. it's the hardware and the software of the xbox one that allows the games to be played. They are encrypted so that only the xbox one can play them. At the moment there is no way to get them to play on your computer. The only way would be with emulation and ISO which, I'm in no way supporting...and probably won't be available for another couple of years. They don't even have emulated games for the PS3 or xbox 360 yet
  16. It says there is 161mm of clearence in the case and the fan is 160mm. it should squeeze in there
  17. http://noctua.at/en/nh-d14/ just click specifications when the page loads up
  18. it should fit, seems pretty standard sized
  19. If you plan on mostly gaming, then the 380 would be the best bang for the buck
  20. He said as long as he can do his homework and stream movies, he'll be happy
  21. So recently I built a computer that I was using as a media server/folding rig and such but I don't really use it often to justify the electricity bill, so I shut it down. That being said, I also told my brother I was going to build him a computer, he said he didn't care what it was so I figured I would give him my media server and just throw a fresh copy of windows on it. The thing is, I bought a R9 380 with 4GB of VRAM for folding. My current rig has a GTX 960 with 2GB of VRAM. While I could run both in the system, I figured I would give him which ever one I decided not to keep. So should I keep the r9 380, which is what I think I might do, or keep the GTX 960 and maybe upgrade it when Polaris comes out. Thanks.
  22. You could use Legos (it's what google first used to host their servers) or wood if needed.
  23. It's just like @djdwosk97 said, what you have to do is make a bootable usb or dvd drive using a copy of windows 7. There are a lot of sites out there that have instructions on how to do it if you get lost. It isn't that hard once you have an understanding of what to do.
