  1. Help! My friends have been stuck in console hell for too long. They think that PC gaming is pointless. How can I convince them otherwise
  2. Thanks man! Appreciate your help
  3. Hey guys. I jsut built my own pc for gaming and I love it. My friends wanna get into it as well, but on the cheap. Budget of around $400. Any good builds?
  4. Check the startup tab in the task manager, you could have something there that's slowing it down.
  5. Hey guys, I'm looking for a group to game with. I am 16 years old and I am a junior in high school. I play games like CS:GO, DayZ, Insurgency, but I'm always looking for new games to play. I also have a TS server that we can use. http://steamcommunity.com/id/PolarZero/ There's my link if anyone wants to add me. Thanks in advance!
  6. Hey guys, quick question for you guys Does anyone have any suggestions for some good RGB LED's. I wanna put them on my desk which will be made of wood and some behind my TV and in various places through out my room. I would like to have them sync to one remote if possible. Any suggestions?? Thanks in advance
  7. Hey guys, Looking to build a home nas, wanna keep it cheap http://pcpartpicker.com/user/mattbatc/saved/#view=KTdkcf That's what I have so far. Any other cases? I wanna keep the overall cost around $300 USD. Thanks in advance!
  8. I don't think it's overkill, if anything it'll prevent you from having to upgrade in the future
  9. Best of luck to you man, message me if you have more questions!
  10. I have that exact CPU and GPU combo lol. But I would upgrade PSU and yes, that combo runs games really well at 1080. Most games I play (Fallout 4, GTA V, COD) All run at 60 fps (limited by my monitor)
  11. http://www.amazon.com/MSI-Motherboard-B150-GAMING-M3/dp/B014YN6732/ref=sr_1_8?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1452564292&sr=1-8&keywords=motherboard This is a pretty BA looking board for a red color scheme
  12. I would recommend cutting back on the CPU cooler and the motherboard a bit, and investing in a desk and monitor. The desk and monitor in my opinion are the things you should spend the most on, mostly because it will be a long time before those have to be upgraded, while computer components, by comparison, get upgraded much more frequently.
  13. Looks great man! You should post your Twitch in your bio so I can follow.
  14. I recommend finding a local store and have them test it, they'll most likely have one just laying around
  15. Check to see if your system requires more power than the power supply can supply. I had the same issue when I first built my computer, had to upgrade my power supply
  16. Hey guys. I know I'm gonna get some major hate here but I've been using beats headphones for about 4 years. They're finally starting to die on me so I need some suggestions as to what to get. Budget is about $100 USD. I use them on the bus into school so they need to be closed back. I would like something sennheiser if possible. Thanks guys for your help!
  17. Hey guys, I was just browsing on PC Parts Picker and I had an idea. What is the most expensive set up you can configure? But not just the most expensive parts from each category, it has to be build-able, and have some sort of purpose. Mine was designed an extreme video(maybe movie) editor. I got my list to 102136.10 any competitors? http://pcpartpicker.com/user/mattbatc/saved/#view=FwwBD3
  18. Is there anyway of limiting how much space this file can take up?
  19. Hey, Quick question. If I put windows 10 on a system, is there a way to share a hard drive partition over the network so other devices can access it?
  20. Thanks man I'll check it out
  21. Hey guys, I'm currently using some old POS Dell keyboard. I wanna get into mechanical keyboards, but I'm on a budget. Any suggestions under $50 USD? Thanks.
