    Hello,I have Windows 10 Enterpise 64 bit and sometimes when I shut down my PC it restarts and boot the Windows normally and then I shut down it again and it is stucked(no picture on monitor,keyboard and mouse doesn't work,but PC is ON).I am running newest updates for system and all apps,Fast startup is disabled
