While I was browsing my email on my nexus7 it made a weird sound like a hard drive spinning up and back down again. the device only has a ssd and this only happens when it is plugged in,I have not dropped it and there is no visible damage anywhere.
I was just wondering if the flextronics psu was worth it because of the digital control, does this really matter or is it just extra stuff that takes away from the total performance?
I am sourcing parts for a nas and I am unshure of what processor and motherboard to get. The CPU must be able to run two virtual machines (freenas+pfsense).
Also it needs to be hex core(2for freenas 2for host OS 2 for pfsense)
EDIT:sorry if the title was unclear what I mean is I have $100-175USD to spend on BOTH CPU and motherboard.
