  1. Well since the problem isn't going to get solved, I see no point in going through all the hassle of returning and buying a new one. Since my backup monitor is a 720p. Anyway, I'll just save up money to buy an IPS one as my main and use this one as a secondary, also that Predator model isn't available in my country and it has big frames (not to mention that aggressive gamer look). It is just underwhelming for such a good panel to have such problems. And 400‎€ isn't a low price for a monitor. Anyway I just wish I knew it had that problem before hand.
  2. This panel had good reviews everywhere I looked, that's why I bought it. But this is driving me crazy. And Nvidia is not making it any better, now it won't even save my settings on Nvidia control panel.
  3. I can see boxes where the color changes in videos. And yes I calibrated the monitor.
  4. Well this kinda made it better but I can still see the boxes where the color changes. -> Here
  5. I got my monitor a few weeks back, I know it's a TN panel and I knew from the start that the quality wouldn't be as wow as an IPS but this is ridiculous. I have no problem with the panel not being 100% color accurate, but I never saw anything like that on previous TN panels I owned.I would appreciate any help from you guys, this problem only affects videos in general be it streaming or whatever, I haven't noticed something like that happening on any games I played. 6. Hm. So should I go 1440p 60hz or 1080p 144hz? Leaning towards 1440p tbh.
  7. My rig sports Gigabyte's 1070 Xtreme Gaming with an i7 7700k. Do you think it will play nice with a 1440p Monitor with 144hz? It also has GSync if that helps. The monitor is this one: Dell S2417DG. Thank you in advance! Dell S2417DGDell S2417DG Dell S2417DG
  8. I'm ordering parts for my up and coming PC and was wondering if the kraken x62 would fit on the top side of the fractal define r5. My MOBO is Asus Rog Strix z270e. GPU is Gigabyte's Xtreme Gaming 1070 and for RAM I got the RGB G.Skill TridentZ's. I think that it will fit, but I'm not sure. Thanks in advance for your time.
  9. Also wouldn't an i7 be "useless" for me? I don't plan to stream or do any serious editing in the future. I'm still on the learning curve haha.
  10. The reason I chose the Gigabyte Xtreme is because I like how it looks, I agree that I could have saved a couple of bucks but if I bought another card it wouldn't be the same for me.
  11. I just really like the Gigabyte Xtreme Gaming. What RAM would you suggest arount that price tag?
  12. I don't really need the i7, I'm not a content creator and for the light editing I do from time to time I think it's okay. I was thinking about buying a kraken, but too pricey. I might upgrade in the future, since the cooler is okay.
  13. Hello, I'm building my first Rig in a while and was wondering if it's good, what would you change?
