So is there a way in Windows 10 to personalize the program windows accent colors a bit more, kinda like how it was done in windows XP and such? Primarily is there a way to make it so as opposed to an accent color bar at the top of the window, it is an image instead, kinda like chrome themes but better in a way?

Apparently it was covered via warranty, since its only the glass layer that is damaged

I have to RMA my laptop because the screen cracked what should I expect from Razer Support. I've heard bad things about it, but I'm out of options. Destroy my expectations lol
