  1. 14 year old me should've been told that 120gb SSD wrecked that was like nearly 5 years ago when you couldnt get one for less than a CPU cooler
  2. Just saying for prep like the usual like masking and making sure the connections are protected otherwise you'll run into problems
  3. I personally wouldnt recommend painting your drives at all don't get me wrong Ive had previous success using Plasti Dip on an old 500gb HDD but if you are going to do yours always remember prep is key!!
  4. For a 5500 XT 4GB im looking at around 260 and the 8gb being about 290 so I'd go for the 580 right for best price to performance?

  6. With the eventual plan being to get a 580 to be paired with a new CPU would you say something like a Ryzen 5 2600 would be a good option with an inital 8gb of RAM eventually upgrading to 16

  9. Ive been debating what to go for what would you choose I was thinking an RX 570 or maybe the 580

HI guys im looking to upgrade soon but debating if to start by updating my CPU motherboard and RAM or if to update my graphics card first my eventual aim is to run AAA titles at 1440p 60fps rather than my current performance of medium low settings at 1080p Iam currently using an i5 3470 @3.2ghz with an rx 550 2gb any pointers would be appreciated.   11. Due to recent circumstances I have had to leave home and get my first place I unfortunately had to sell my old computer for funds for my first place; I’m wanting to get back into PC gaming but have a strict budget of £250 any suggestions (don’t mind used parts) any help appreciated thanks!

  13. The graphics card will have to be bought first because if I upgraded the CPU ill need to change the board and RAM as well

  18. I'd personally upgrade to a 1060 6GB or an RX 580 and upgrade the CPU to a Ryzen 1700X and any 550w+ power supply from a reliable company with atleast an 80+ bronze efficiency rating

  20. Would you advise a MSI AMD B350M GAMING PRO AM4 mATX Motherboard over the MSI one as it's £55 cheaper so there would be money left over for a 240GB SSD ?
  21. I just bought an OG Titan 6GB cheap for £120 from ebay and it works really well in my current system with an AMD FX-8370 @4.00 GHz but I'm wanting to upgrade any advice on what motherboard cpu and ram would be best?
