It's plugged in the rear I/O. The front I/O has the same issue. I've tried both!

It's always present and doesn't change even when gaming but it could be from the GPU itself.

I'm running windows 8.1 After booting and starting all programs the ssd would remain at 100% activity as seen on the image for around 2-3 minutes and then go back to normal. This wasn't happening earlier.
