WD Blue 1TB Desktop Hard Disk Drive - 7200 RPM SATA 6 Gb/s 64MB Cache 3.5 Inch - WD10EZEXI am trying to build my first computer and so (using different build logs) have come up with what I think to be a descent, low budget gaming rig. I just want to make sure I am not making a 200 dollar mistake before I buy all the parts. This is the Parts list below. Any advice on components or where to buy them would also be greatly appreciated.
for the CPU: Intel Boxed Core I5-6400 FC-LGA14C 2.70 Ghz 6 M Processor Cache 4 LGA 1151 BX80662I56400
for the motherboard: ASUS Micro ATX DDR3 2000 AMD AM3+ Motherboard M5A78L-M/USB3
for the graphics card: ASUS STRIX GeForce GTX 960 Overclocked 2 GB DDR5 128-bit DisplayPort HDMI 2.0 DVI-I Graphics Card
for the RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB Single DDR3-1600 (PC3-12800) Very Low Profile 240-Pin UDIMM Memory Module BLS8G3D1609ES2LX0
for the Hard Drive: WD Blue 1TB Desktop Hard Disk Drive - 7200 RPM SATA 6 Gb/s 64MB Cache 3.5 Inch - WD10EZEX
for the power supply: Corsair Builder Series CX 500 Watt ATX/EPS 80 PLUS (CX500)
for the case: Fractal Core 1100 Micro at Cooling Cases FD-CA-CORE-1100-BL
My total end budget is around $700 (USD) but I am flexible within about $50
Any feedback would be helpful. Thanks.
