an asrock b85 pro4 , the guy i'm building it for is on a tight budget and wants a dual monitor setup

i planning on doing a crossfire 7770 setup. Does any of you guys know if intel b85 supports 8x-8x or do you have to get a z87 board for that?

i´ve seen in some benchmarks that the a10-5800k/6800k benefit the most from 1866 ram. They perform slightly worse with for example 2133 ram

so i'm buying a new laptop for 500 euros. should i get a core i5 3210m and a radeon hd 7670m or a core i5 3210m and geforce gt630m? greetz
