    OK Guys I've got my sever built. I made it for streaming movies, Pictures, I tunes, file server, need help on the ripping of movies so other PC's (running windows 7 pro) in the house can run them and Xbox, PS3 ect I bought Tversity but I don't think im going to use that. I just used dvd decrypter on a few older movies and they work Fine in windows media center but That dosen't work on new movies. I just want to rip my collection to the server to watch like an HTPC but on the server. I wanna do blurays aswell. any advice would be Greatly appreciated. Thanks

    I got my hand on a Dell poweredge sc1430 That I plan to install FreeNas on and play with it. FreeNas seems to be very cool to set up and config.

    I was wondering if anybody know a raid card I can use on this mobo. or compatible any advice would be appreciated. I'm using WD red drives 3T. I wanna run raid 5.

    Ive been looking with NO success either. I want to run FreeNas to test. the mobo max out at 8gigs plus i'm reading 1 gig per terabyte. so 4 2T drives should work. is the i/6 3GBPs? or 6Gbps? it will run raid 5 correct? want to use WD red drives. looking for a card I can use to at 6Gbps on the sc1430. Ill look and post again.
