    Thermaltake Contac 21 CPU Air Cooler i have this cpu cooler on it but may just invest in a decent water cooler then and perhaps some better case fans

    just fps load and temp but says core 1010 mhz but that never change

    just started running the fur mark test and my gpu is hitting 70 max after just a couple minutes

    hello i have an fx 8350 with an r9 390 and i am getting very unstable frames rates which drop to ramdom numbers and then after a while will go back it seems to be doing it on all games including c and c 3 and even fallout nv i just played around in fallout 4 in concord for like 5 mins and then excited the game to check my core temps after playing games and it is reading the core temps at 73c to 75c is this to hot and why i am getting issues.

    what would be the best way to monitor the in game performance of the CPU GPU and RAM,this there a piece of software or something.

    yeah i know but i thought it may be an issue when the game is trying to load in new assets and as my pc was running slow anyway thought at leadt gett a 250 gb ssd would help the situation

    hey guys i turned of the serrvices and installed an ssd with with my os and a single game on it, still getting ramdom frame rates, was playing arma 3 was running at 45 fps up to 60 mthen still getting the same issue of falling down to 15 fps then after a bit of time the fps would return

    so ProKeero just disable all 4 of those items in servies and this should help the issue
