    I don't think so, because I was able to receive a verification code from Microsoft and their number was only 6 digits

    I just got the S9+ a few weeks ago under Rogers. For whatever reason I don't receive verification texts from some companies (eg. Steam, PC Financial). However, I can receive texts just fine from friends and family. Is there some reason to this? Thanks.

    Did you recreate a new volume after you deleted it? If not, you can go into "Disk Management", right click on the drive, and select "New Simple Volume". After that's done, it should be detected on WIndows.
