  1. Would love the Kova, it's a beautiful looking mouse that seems like it would do well for both gaming and productivity.
  2. That's a relief, installing this was by far the most stressful upgrade I've ever done, it wasn't hard per say but I was super worried about messing anything up. Thanks!
  3. So I just finished install my new CPU cooler (Hyper 212 EVO) and I wanted ot test to make sure I installed it good enough, these screenshots are from SpeedFan while running a good looking map on the Unreal Tournament 4 alpha, with 31 bots also running around in the map. I'm not exactly sure what these temperatures mean, whether they're good or bad, and seeing red arrows and flame icons worries me a little so I was hoping some of y'all could explain if these were good or bad. My CPU is an AMD Athlon X4 760k EDIT: Forgot to mention, I'm at the stock clock of 3.8 GHz, not OC'ed at all
  4. I've been interested in getting started with the Warhammer games and I'm curious as to what y'all think is a good one to start with. I know almost certainly I'll get Space Marine just cause I like shooters and it looks good.
  5. Yep I believe it was Raptr, so far I've only gone up to 16% but that's because I opened a few tabs of Chrome, now that I think about it I recall recently reenabling the option in Raptr to allow me to save highlights from my gameplay, more likely than not that had something to do with the problem. Thank you for the help.
  6. So far so good, sitting at a normal 13% usage right now, Im gonna see how it does for the next 10 minutes or so and then I'm going to launch Raptr and see what happens then, if it turns out the Raptr was the problem I know for a fact I'm uninstalling it and likely never touching it again.
  7. I've never had problems with it before but ill disable it opening on startup and see if that changes anything.
  8. I'm experiencing a severe memory leak in which within an hour of being on my computer is using up 99% of my memory and I cannot seem to determine the source. The only devices I have recently begun using with my computer are a second monitor, a HyperX Cloud Headset, a Steam Controller, and a Logitech Extreme 3D Pro Flight Stick.
  9. Im having a super similar problem, 99% of my 16 GB of RAM end up used within an hour of my computer being on, if I find a solution I'll be sure to let you know.
  10. I touched it and it definitely didn't feel that hot, so its probably just a bad reading like you said, I probably I will get a new cooler fairly soon though. Thanks for the help!
  11. I'm too scared to actually touch it but the areas on my case where I can usually feel the heat when my computer is under load don't feel warm, so it might be a bad reading, the thing is I tried some other software to get the reading such as HWMonitor and I'm still getting high temp readings
  12. So I've noticed lots of high CPU usage on my computer so I decided to download HWInfo and take a look at my temperatures, I don't quite understand what all the numbers mean, but seeing 70-80 degree temps for the CPU package when I have nothing open but Chrome is concerning, can anyone explain to me what's going on? Is my CPU thermal throttling? Do I need to get a good CPU cooler asap? My CPU is an Athlon II X4 760k, stock cooler, no OC. Edit: Screenshots
