I'm about to upgrade my graphics card and i wanted to know which is better since they're both the same price. Is the EVGA GTX 1060 6GB SSC better than the RX 480 8GB ROG STRIX? I'm just trying to get the maximum price/performance even though i know they're both on par with each other. Mind you i'm upgrading from a GTX 650 so i think i'll be able to tell a difference :]

I need help deciding whether i should build a new computer or upgrade my current one. My current computer is this: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/VscGNN. Mind you i only use this computer for strictly gaming and some schoolwork. So is it worth just upgrading the Graphics Card and throwing some ram in? Or just building a new one?

The 480 would last me years, then when games start becoming more intensive I'd throw another 480 in it.

I figured it out, swapped out my PSU with one i had laying around it's working perfectly. I'm gonna RMA the defective one back. Thanks for the help!
