    So I'm checking my CPU Temperature again, I checked on the BIOS and it says it's at 35 C but when I use Ryzen Master program it's telling me it's at 26 C. Do you know which one I should trust more?

    My CPU volt is at 1.488 and the temperature is at 39C or 100.9 F. I'm pretty sure i should undervolt it, i just don't know to what.

    Long story short, I recently upgrade my CPU, Motherboard, and RAM. My CPU is a Ryzen 9 5900x and my motherboard is a TUF X570-plus. I just installed them and it works and turns of fine. The problem that i'm having is the the CPU is running at 4.40-4.8 GHZ while only 13% of the CPU is being used. My ram is 32GB. I'm not sure what it's so high when it's idle. Anyone have any thoughts of what could be happening? Also even if it's only using 1% it's at 4.0 GHZ.

    So do i update it like i updated it to 1105?

    So i updated my bios on the Z170 Pro Gaming and before i updated the bios my PC ran perfectly. When i updated my bios now my PC wont start. In order for me to get back to the Bios i have to remove the CMOS battery. Then i'm able to get into the bios. Once i'm in the bios i can double click a windows boot manager and then my PC works. Once i turn off my PC i Have to remove the CMOS and in the bois i have to click the windows boot manager in order to start windows. PLS help me. Also my windows is installed in an SSD and it says its in a frozen state. PLS help ME. Linus if you are there help me pls.

    Yeah it worked fine before the bios update. Do you think it was the bios update? If so do you think i sure try change it to a previous version? PLS help me

    Okay thanks. Also what do you think is wrong. The motherboards bios or the SSD?

    should i call them or should i take it in with a local PC shop?

    Yes i had everything the why it was before i update the bios. Also i have insurance on the motherboard so i might call them and see if they can fix it or give me a new one. Last thing. Should i be worried about the SSD being in a frozen status?

    Yes i have the SSD and 1tb connected. Also i haven't disconnected the 1tb.

    I tried both ways. It didn't work. Before if i didn't Restart the CMOS one it wouldn't show me the bios or turn on my keyboard and mouse. Now it turns on my mouse but the is about it.
