Yep, though development has slowed down. Currently, Electra is the only jailbreak out there for iOS 11. Since Saurik hasn't finished getting Cydia Substrate working, Coolstar made an alternative called "Substitute". Problem is, according to Saurik and others, Substitute is hacked together and isn't guaranteed to work over time with Cydia updates and such.
