I am looking for a 650w PSU for my new PC Build but most people said not to go with the Corsair RM Series, I am looking for some recommendations for any around €120 or less c:

Would It cause the PC to not start or any other significant problem because its the only ram i can find that also matches my build theme (black and gold) [i plan on spray painting the shroud of the 970]

For my new computer I am building, I was wondering if a Corsair RM 650w would be able to power a GTX 970 MSI 4G, Intel i7 4790k and about 6 fans and potentially water cooling and an SSD and two WD HDD's??
