No its not I have tried already Macbook pro 17 mid 2010 have no thunderbolt port just the mini display port thats why I am asking and looking for an adapter is there is any,

Can you please tell me how and with which adapter a link of adapter from Amazon will help me a lot.

Hello, I am not sure if this is asked before or not but I have searched a lot on google and have yet not find anything which make it workable but I am doing my last try by asking this question here to see if this is possible to connect the Macbook pro 17 mid 2010 with apple thunderbolt display with an adapter.
